It's been awhile... Also website isses.

Ara here.

Apologies for the extended hiatus.

I had some major burn out, which I'm still recoving from. Trying to build myself back to being a semi-funcioning human.

I still don't have a functioning internet connection, apparently the setup in this appartment needs to be completely re-done and there's no eta on that. So once again I'm using mobile data (which has become a precious resource in these dire circumstances).

Some days I feel like I'm loosing my mind... But that's about normal for me.

I am still alive.

Anyway, I wanted to give a quick update and let anyone reading know that the site may go down for a couple of days... Not sure at this point, but I can't afford to renew my domain as I have been.

I'm planning to sort it out, but I may have left it to the last minuet, so if the site is down in the next couple of weeks you at least know that I'll get it back up asap.

I'm also going to be making some changes to the site once I have internet again. The chapters posted here will be coming down, and this will eventually become my author website. This may involve some drastic changes over time. But I will be doing it slowly.

At that point I will also be creating a newsletter that will contain info about my upcoming work, life stuff, fantasy and sci-fi related tidbits and some of my short works and novellas, things like that.

The main point of this change is so that I can knuckle down and edit my books, in order to properly publish them. This has been a dream of mine for many years, and I realise that I can't publish a story that's already avalible for free online. It defys the purpose.

Keep in mind that the versions of the stories on the site are very raw, essentially they are my 'discovery drafts', meaning that they are my inital attempt at putting my idea to paper by simply typing and seeing where the story and my mind takes the plot.

This means that these tales will go through changes before they finally reach publication. I don't know what exactky they will be by then, but I don know that they will be sharper, flow better and (hopefully) have fewer plot holes.

I will be sure to update both here and on the Purg facebook page as I process through all this.

Finally, I'd like to personally thank my supporters from over on Patreon: Jade Annabel & Immanuel Dunbar. Without your kind support I wouldn't have been able to come this far.

My patreon will soon be closing, once the site changes begin. I may bring it back at some point, but I'm honestly not sure what I can offer right now...
